ODCMC 2009

This year thick calves and even more extraordinary upper legs will ensure a spectacular Open Dutch Messenger Championship! On the 22nd and 23rd of august the ODCMC2009 event takes place in Groningen, hometown of CYCLOON.
After last years successful Alleycat “the hell of the North”, the ODCMC2009 will carry the more smooth theme of “Heavenly”. Furthermore the 10 year anniversary of Cycloon Groningen as an “Urban Logistical Twister” will not go by unnoticed!

The competitors will transport different packages on a specially designed race site between different checkpoints. The daily working conditions of bike messengers are mimicked by one way streets, road break ups, stairs and more unexpected difficulties. Besides the sporting events there will be plenty of time for the Messenger-Lifstyle to be enjoyed.
